To access NDIS services, you must:
Use the NDIS Access Checklist or contact us for guidance.
To get started, you need to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the (NDIS). Use the NDIS Access Checklist to verify your eligibility, or contact Australasia Care for guidance and assistance through this process.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will meet with an NDIS planner. This could be someone directly associated with Australasia Care or a qualified individual of your choice. During these meetings, you will discuss your specific needs, aspirations, and goals, including areas such as independence, education, community involvement, or employment
Using the information gathered in your planning meetings, the planner will develop a customized NDIS plan that addresses your needs and outlines the necessary supports and services. This plan ensures that you receive the right level of assistance to help you achieve your goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt as your circumstances change.
After your plan is finalized and approved, you can choose Australasia Care as your service provider. Together, we will draft a Service Agreement that outlines the agreed-upon supports, your rights, and the responsibilities of all parties. Once the agreement is signed, you can officially begin receiving services from Australasia Care.
Australasia Care has all appropriate insurance coverage, including professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation policies.
